Refund policy
This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled by House of Sauna.
Returns
In accordance with UK consumer regulations, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be in their original condition

Be returned with all original packaging
Due to the nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted for items that have been used in a sauna or exposed to heat or moisture.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@houseofsauna.co.uk with your order number and details of the request. Return instructions will be provided upon approval.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
